OK i have a 2007 pierce mod
4-4
700lf 600 rf
175 16 lr 200 rr
4-4 left rear on coilover behind rr is spring in front shock on back
1/2 rr trail
i have a pierce pullbar with his new spring and rubber bushings inside
i have to double set the car 1-2 times in each corner when its slick just cant get it to rotate early in the turn unless i really get it crossed up on entry then my exit is screwed up.

genesis shocks
75-3 73-5
98-2 93-5

56 rear
51.8 left
49.7 cross
38# lrb

Add some stagger, this will help the rr drive and will loosen you up on the gas form the center out.

I have 1 3/4 stagger in the rear now and 1 1/2 in the front. the rear bar angles are 22 ltb 18 lbb 21.3 rtb 3 rbb with 4 inch jbar split even with the pinion.

swap the rear springs the stiffer RR really promotes a tight on entry type of car. Also may want to try some more LS%. 1% change is noticable.

Says j-bar even w/ pinion is that on a q/c or 9in?

You LRL bar has 18degrees? it should be 8-10degrees

I have a nine inch i got lot of lrbb angle to try to help the car rotate threw center.

I think your problem is entry if you fix that it will fix your middle problem. Switch the springs and maybe up the LS% and then if it still wont turn try raising the RRL bar up 5degrees. This is all assuming you are out of the gas on entry. i say this because you say unless you get it in really deep and all jacked out of shape it wont turn

what are the bar lengths? how far does the LR drop? I dont have experience w/ pierce mods
Is it jumping up on the bars hard and causing it to break traction? I am assuming this is UMP country. Do you have the same compound tire on LR and RF?

I run american racer g60s im 1/4 to 3/8 on the gas on entry trail braking. The bars are 17 15 left 17 14 rr

You're too tight overall. Take that LBL back down, and go up on RBL. Add stagger as Ego said. If it's still too tight go up with RUL. And you can always go longer on RBL as well to loosen up entry more.

It sounds like it's not just entry, that it's through whole corner, so you want to make changes that will effect it all around. Then if you have a drive problem coming off, work on tightening up exit later.

Your set up seems right other than the lower left bar should be about 6 degrees and the upper right 15 degrees
Maybe the right rear is understeering to much on the gas,is the underslung or chain stopping it on the right?
Let the LR drop 4.5 " this will help keep the front pinned down as well as a 6 rebound shock on the RF.If you are running a
brake bar on the center of the rearend avoid a set up that requires a lot of trail braking.Keep it simple, enter
on the RR exit with the LR.

would a 3-10 rf shock help me out help me out?

i think that is way to much left bottom bar angle but to answer your question i would raise bottom right bar 1 hole.

The first thing you should do is soften your left front spring to be even with the RF or possibly 50 lbs softer than the RF.

All of the other suggestions will help also but you need to loosen entry first. The first place you should make a change when tuning corner entry is the RR lower bar and the LF spring. Your LF spring looks to be the culprit in this case.

Thanks guys im gona try to go with a pair of 600 in the front and go from there this week. Has anyone ever tried the coilover on the lr instead of split apart?

I just noticed your RBB is 14 and the RRT is 17,if nothing you try helps put a 16 inch bar on the bottom on the RR that will loosen entry and sometimes center also.

If you do that you better be a good trailbraker. car will want to slam down when you lift off throttle. It will actually tighten you up on throttle, which it sounds like you do not need that.

My car is currently set up with a coilover on lr. It does not slam down unless im in heavy trafic. Could the coilover be the main problem with car being to tight?

I was having the same problem, pair the fronts up, I use a set of 650's, I also went to a 225 LR 200RR, helped a ton!! Still was tight, wasn't the car....it was alllllll me!!! the pierce cars love to work on the right front, how are you setting the car? I am clamped,4bar left Z right with the same pull bar setup and a 9 in... I am a first year mod owner, driver, mech... But what i did learn was to start to set the car before rolling off throttle, stay in it,start to turn in before rolling off keep it over on the right front, also I don't run under 2" stagger in rear unless its reallllly slick... If I am wrong, someone correct me!

Ok so i put 600's across the front left 175 in lr and 200 in rr. the car is a ton better but still needsmore the car is great on entry when im back in the gas the car is a touch tight through center then i have to use rear brake or gas to rotate it. Another question is dose rear brake tighten car when you a trail braking? the more rear i put in it the tighter it is through the center just wondering the gauges are correct.

with the clamped up cars bob always seemed to want thr rf and rr shocks bottomed out if you weren't then you needed to get to and then it was close and fast.
