McDonald’s Night at the Tri-County Race Track, scheduled for tonight, July 13, has been pushed back a week to Friday evening, July 20 due to inclement weather. With heavy rain the past several days and more in the forecast for Brasstown, North Carolina today, promoter Ray Cook has decided to cancel tonight’s show. Over 100 gift bags courtesy of McDonald’s will be passed out to the children in attendance next Friday night at Tri-County!
“We hate to cancel tonight’s race at Tri-County, but I think it is the best for everyone,” quoted Cook. “I was on the track prepping it on Tuesday and we got a large amount of rain. Then it rained most of the day on Wednesday and off and on yesterday. With more rain in forecast for today, it just made sense to push back McDonald’s night to next Friday, July 20.”
Grandstand & Pit Gates Open at 5:00 p.m.
Drivers Meeting at 7:30 p.m.
Racing Starts at 8:00 p.m.
Adult Grandstand Admission: $10.00
Kids 11-16 Grandstand Admission: $5.00
Children 10 & Under Grandstand Admission: Free
Adult Pit Admission: $25.00
Kids 11-16 Pit Admission: $15.00
