We have a 08 clamp car and seem to be lacking a little tail weight,have about 52% and wondering if some of youi boys are running ballast to get more% thank you

How much fuel because i have never had a Pierce with that low of tail weight ?

sorry i meant 55,we have one of the short rear sqaure cell style car, scale with 20 gallons and with 60lbs LR bite.we are always lose off and figured more tail wouldnt hurt.

just got a pierce 08 was wondering what settup to put under the car to start with. don't know much about these cars. what pull bar is best to use with this car. any help will be app. thanks

60 lbs of bite is to much for clamp car. [w/o driver] If track is slick rear should be @ 58.5...

take stagger out but no less than 1 1/2" of stagger,
change rf shock to a bp3d and lr to a bp1d or bp0,
starting rear 56% left side 52.5 up to 53 %

afco pullbar 600/1200# progressive spring 1/4 to 3/8 preload. take preload out for dry slick tracks. for clamp bracket cars only if your running a spring behind lr that takes a diff. pullbar spring.they call for a straight 1200 w/no preload.

Are you on alky or gas
