When you have a lift bar with 5th coil, what rate spring? What position on the bar? Compression and rebound on shock? Need tuning help.

Most run around 300# spring/34 or so inches out from center of rear end housing with a 7/3 or 7/4 shock.Adjust rebound as track slicks off. Stiffen.
