LR Bottom Bar Adjustments

I have had very inconsistent results with the LR Bottom Bar adjustments on the frame. Up or Down both seem hit or miss. Sometimes the adjustment will help the car and on the same track the next week under the similar conditions it seems to make the car awful. I would love to hear some thoughts on the LR Bottom Bar adjustments for a 4 Bar car and what has been succesful on what track conditions and what you believe they seem to do to the car.

went down with it last week, supposed to index more and help with hike while taking roll steer out. but think it took out too much drive angle, and didn't get much hike at all, and hence even less roll steer. looked pretty good on the top side, but struggled down low. track was pretty slick.

Thanks I usually like taking roll steer out as it slicks off and usually run on the fence so I might give it another shot this week.
