Round 7 of the Budweiser UMP Super Late Model Series at Peoria Speedway will be held this Saturday night, August 4. The 30 lap feature will pay $2,000 to-win. Billy Drake holds a 39 point lead over Kevin Weaver, who currently sits 3rd in the UMP National points chase. Steve Lance, Jr., Bobby Pierce, Jason Feger, Wes Steidinger, Todd Bennett, Jason Jaggers, Scott Schmitt and Bob Gardner complete the top 10 in points. To date, 66 drivers from 9 states have competed in the Bud Series.
Saturday will also be Bollinger Night sponsored by Ray Bollinger Racing. They will have tons of giveaways with bikes, backpacks filled with school supplies, gift cards, new set of passenger car tires, a cooler, a beach bag filled with summer items, and more! Come out for a great night of racing with awesome giveaways!
Also racing on Saturday will be the UMP Modifieds, Limited Late Models, UMP Street Stocks, Lightning Sprints, and UMP Hornets. Saturday will be double features for the UMP Modified division with points and payout for each race (because of the feature not being ran on Thursday, July 26.
Pits open at 3:00 p.m., Grandstands open at 4:00 p.m., and Hot laps start at 5:00 p.m. Admission is $14 for Adults, $12 for Seniors, $5 for ages 8-15, and FREE for ages 7 and under.
