Lap sponsors for Buddy Rogers Memorial Coming In; SAS at Tazewell, TN Sunday 9/2
Cost per lap is $44 and go to help support the American Cancer Society
TAZEWELL, TN (September 1, 2012)—Lap sponsors are still coming in for the Fourth Annual Buddy Rogers Memorial that will be held this Sunday Night September 2nd at Tazewell Speedway in Tazewell, Tennessee.
The Southern All Stars Dirt Racing Series will sanction the event for the first-time this Sunday Night. Lap sponsors have been coming in the last few months with all proceeds benefitting the American Cancer Society.
A partial list of proud supporters are listed below. It’s not too late to sponsor a lap if you are interested. Please contact Jimmy ‘Pup’ Thomas from Hoosier Racing Tire at (865) 806-4459 or Chris Tilley with the Southern All Stars at (606) 219-1723. If you are interested, you may add your name to the list at the track on Raceday as well. Thanks to all who have helped make this a very memorable event.

There will be a complete show of Practice, VP Racing Fuels Qualifying, Hoosier Racing Tire Last Chance Showdowns and the 44-lap main event which honors long time East Tennessee competitor Buddy Rogers. Support Classes will also be on hand for the event. The pit gates open at 4:00 pm EST with the Grandstand Gates opening at 5:00 pm at Tazewell Speedway. The driver’s meeting is slated for around 7:00 pm.
