WELSHAN DENIES REX RICHEY VICTORY WITH LATE RACE DUEL

Cleveland, TN (9/1/12) --- The legendary RED HEADED STRANGLER Rex Richey was in true-form Saturday night seeking a second consecutive victory for the A-1 Towing team. Current Cleveland Speedway Budweiser Track Championship Points leader Jason Welshan had other ideas and the pair raced the 30-lap LLM/Crate feature. With three laps remaining the FLYIN WELSHAN BRIGADE took control earning their 18th victory of the 2012 season for the #29 "B&M Concrete, Competition Racing Equipment, Ronald Sexton Construction, Centerline Construction, Bearden Oil, Hicks & Law Insurance, Jon's Golfcarts, Smith's Auto Repair, Schenfeld Headers, Stealth Racing Carburators, Outlaw Graphix" sponsored MasterSbilt / Bill Bunch powered Cindy & Roger Kerr, Gary Rofle owned raceteam. Welshan dedicated the win to his mom who's birthday was this week.
