Labor Day Championship at Tri-County Pushed Back to September 7; Revamped Program!

(September 4, 2012) Due to rain showers yesterday, the annual ‘Labor Day Championship’ race at the Tri-County Race Track has been pushed back to this Friday, September 7. Since the rain-out, track promoter Ray Cook has been hard at work assembling a revamped program for this Friday evening. The Limited/Crate Late Model division will headline the ‘Labor Day Championship’ at the Brasstown, North Carolina facility, as a $1,500 top prize will be up for grabs and $100 just to start the A-Main. In addition, there is a $300 bonus for the highest finishing Crate Late Model, a $200 bonus for the second finishing Crate Late Model, and a $100 bonus for the third finishing Crate Late Model.

The four-class program this Friday, September 7 will also feature the Modified Street ($400 to win), Street Stock ($300 to win), and Pony ($250 to win). All divisions will pay a minimum of $50 just to start the feature.
