Beckley Motorsports Park to Host 2012 FASTRAK (televised) World Championship
(Four Oaks,NC) FASTRAK Founder/CEO Stan Lester made the announcement to the large crowd on hand Sunday evening at Wythe Raceway during the halfway break of the 9th Annual Pro Late Model Nationals. “For the first time ever the FASTRAK World Championships will be held October 4-6 at Beckley Motorsports Park in Beckley, West Virginia!” echoed across the PA System and there it was. The announcement that everyone in the FASTRAK world had anticipated came as a surprise to most but Lester deemed Beckley a absolutely perfect “natural fit” for the event. “It’s in a great location and geographically speaking its in the middle of our regions. And the racing at Beckley has been phenomenal this year. It all worked out very well and all of us at FASTRAK Racing Series are super excited about what the next few weeks hold. It is also going to be a lot of work to prepare all across the board but we are up to the task. We are still looking for additional sponsors and if anyone is interested in being a part of the biggest single event in the history of FASTRAK then we ask them to contact us at the corporate office.”
The FASTRAK WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP location and dates are now known by everyone in the FASTRAK Universe to be held at Beckley,WV and there's certainly a BIG BIG BUZZ from it!!The Purse to the Winner is INSANE as well as it will pay the winners the following in the FASTRAK WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP: $20,000 to win and FASTRAK WEEKLY WORLD CHALLENGE: $5,000 to win.

Saturday: Its the event we've been wating for all year "THE BIG ONE" The FASTRAK World Championship event $20,000 to win- $75 laps
FASTRAK Weekly World Challenge $5,000 to win – 50 laps Plus Local Divisions
Notes of Interest: *You must be a member of FASTRAK to come *You must have 12 races in at a FASTRAK Weekly Tracks or Touring event to be eligible. *Top 3 in points from each weekly track will get a 2nd chance to qualify for the FASTRAK World Championship if they do not transfer from Fridays features *The Top 10 in points from each FASTRAK Weekly Sanctioned track will be the only ones eligible for the FASTRAK Weekly World Challenge.
(Anyone not a member in the top 10 in points from a FASTRAK weekly sanctioned track will not be eligible to partcipate in the World Challenge)
