Need help with setup on 1990 camaro pure stock

I have a friend that's runnin a 1990 camaro pure stock. I was wondering if any body could help with a base like setup on the springs an shocks. The car I really tight all the way around the track an he says he never turns the wheel right. This is stock suspension location rule class. Any help would work thanks
