CARTERSVILLE, GA – The NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series has added three events to its Week 26 schedule of events that includes two Make-Up feature races. With two weeks to go in the 2012 season, tracks have added these events to make up for rainouts and give drivers an opportunity to earn points before the season ends on September 30.
West Plains Motor Speedway in West Plains, MO has added a NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series Week 23 Make-Up Race for this Friday night. West Plains Motor Speedway will host a Week 26 Race on Saturday night paying $1,000-to-win. The two races are a part of the West Plains Motor Speedway 23rd Annual Fall Nationals.
Jackson Motor Speedway in Jackson, MS will now run Double Feature Races for the NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series this Saturday night. The first feature race will be a Week 11 Make-Up Race, and the second feature race will be the Week 26 event. Two lap Qualifying laps will determine the starting order for both races with the first lap counting for the first feature, and the second lap counting for the second feature.
411 Motor Speedway in Seymour, TN has added the NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series Late Models to its line-up for this Saturday night’s Alzheimer’s Awareness Shootout event. These three races brings the Week 26 event count to nine races at six tracks.
Also in action on Saturday night with NeSmith Chevrolet Week 26 events are Hattiesburg Motorsports Park in Hattiesburg, MS, Magnolia Motor Speedway in Columbus, MS, and Greenville Speedway in Greenville, MS will run Double Features with the first race being a Week 25 Make-Up Race, and the second feature being the Week 26 event.
