lub down on cage: Increase cage counter-clockwise rotation for a given amount of droop (drop) travel. This results in a softer spring rate and a greater bar angle. It also increases the amount of thrust force in the bar during initial acceleration off the corner and increased loose roll steer. How these changes effect your car can only be determined by the settings you currently have. Too much of a good thing, (index, bar angle, etc) can have opposite effects of what you expect.
