I need some motor work done

I have a steel block 358 that I am wanting to possibly change to aluminum heads, maybe dry sump, and possibly a few other things for next season since the track i run at is opening up their rules a bit. Anybody have any suggestions as to who I might get to do the motor work for me? Motor was built a few years ago and builder is now retired. Pm me with any suggestions. Thanks
