Does the LR or rr have more affect with side bite? And if the rr dosent seem to stick to the track would u want to stiffen or soften the spring?

The RR does. Stiffen the RR spring. Or the LF spring. You could also raise the jbar at the frame, or lower at the pinion.

Ditto what Huck said but keep in mind that you can get the RR TOO stiff and cause an opposite affect if you shear the contact patch and don't get the car rolled over. But as long as you're within reason of the baseline setup, this should never be a problem.

Also, it depends on what tire and track condions you are running on.If you have to run a soft tire on RR, and track gets hard and slick, you'll have to keep the weight transfer down or it will overheat.

Banking on the track makes a difference too. Our normal track is about 15* banking, and works well with a 200LR, 250RR..we went to a practically flat track and the car was loose as all heck in the middle off gas...went to 225 and fixed it right up..so be careful
