El Camino frame?

Does the metric El Camino frame, front, and rear suspension differ from the regular metric Monte, Malibu, Cutlass, etc. frames? Thanks in advance for any replies.....................

The only difference that I know of is that the "c" channel mid section is longer to make the longer wheelbase. The front clip is identical. Front and rear suspension is the same but with a little different spring rate in the rear.
