Ran top 10 S. Stock last year 3300lb. 1725 across nose with 700RF 750LF spring

Bought a mod 2500lb 1025lb across nose thinking 500RF and 550 LF spring???

It had 800RF 700LF when I bought it tryed it once didnt like it 2 Pushy

Thoughts anyone??

Less mass up front yet more speed into corner
Lower ride height yet more engine set back
DW8 chassis even their base line set up is way more than my S Stock was???

What stub is the DW8 have?, what springs where ran in the car?

Impala stub undr slung rear 4link lr z link rr

springs were the 700 and 800

what other info do you need??

mass up front is 1025 with 1500lbs of spring??

compared to s. stock 1725 up front with 1450 lbs of spring

turn it into a ratio the mod should have aprox. 350 and 450 for front springs

it;s not about the push the car had I think it's to much spring in the nose of the car
what u think??

I think the motion ratio of your lower a arms are different and require more spring. I'm sure someone can give you the spring recs for a dw8 but for an impala stub it sounds about right.

Dw8's had a Chevelle stub unless someone changed it. Lr behind floated or clamped in front?
