World Championship Review Show with Ferguson, Umberger, Meadows and Blair On Tuesday's FASTRAK Weekly LIVE
(Four Oaks,NC) The 2012 edition of the $250,000 Dollars FASTRAK (televised) World Championship at Beckley Motorsports Park is in the books and was the biggest race ever with the biggest car count ever in the 9 years of the FASTRAK Tour. get ready for another edition of "The Fastest Hour on DIRT Radio" FASTRAK Weekly LIVE Presented by FK Rod Ends. At 7pm EST Tuesday night October 9th on the FASTRAK Radio Network. This will be the World Championship Race in Review so you'll definitely want to tune in to this show which will recap all the BIG racing weekend in Wild & Wonderful West Virginia at Beckley Motorsports Park.
We will go over the entire race weekend that had 186 entrants throughout a 2 BIG days of racing action from the FASTRAK World Championship/Challenge. It's been a long long weekend but it's also been a very very fun weekend had by all that attended this exciting racing event which also was the first ever FOX Sports broadcast to be televised in the Winter Months of 2013 with the first airing date being January 21st.We'll have on the program all 4 of the winners which include the following and we'd like to congratulate them once again on a job well done this weekend capturing the Checkerd Flag on the "Fastest 3/8th mile Dirt Track in the South".
Topless FASTRAK Late Models put on a super great show Saturday night and we'll have them on the show #22 Chris "FERGY" Ferguson from Mt. Holly,NC and the man getting his second win of the year back at Beckley as well and the first career win for John Broce Motorsports #44w from Rural Retreat,VA "FLATFOOT" Brandon Umberger.
The winner of the FASTRAK $7,000 to win Weekly World Challenge was giving the honor to go in the special 25th starting postion to compete in the 2012 75 Lap World Championship for the $22,000 as well and get extra exposure for the FOX Sports televised show coming in January to Thousands and Millions of Viewers at homes around the Country. The Crab Orchard,WV native in the #33 Rocket chassis Chris Meadows "THE MOUNTAINEER MAN" will be on the show.
Finally "MAD" Max Blair from Centerville,PA will also be on to discuss the emotional win that eluded him for 3 years running but finally on a very cold Saturday night in West Virginia in a "Wild & Wonderful" Race which matched the states nickname he finally relinquished that honor in front of the FOX Sports television media to air on television coming very soon. Dedicating the victory to the passing of his Grandfather who passed away recently in the year and prasing his entire crew in the #111 Rocket from PA to bring the World Championship back to the Northeast again. All of them four drivers will be on.
