The Legendary Toccoa Speedway, the Oldest & Fastest High Banked 5/16 Mile Clay Tri Oval on the Planet is proud to announce.... on Saturday, (October 27th)—After a two year absence, the Southern All Stars Dirt Racing Series will return to the Toccoa Speedway for the "James Garrison / Georgia State Championship" race. We are proud to honor a man with great integrity and who was an avid racer that always believed in hard work and dedication and that's just what James Garrison was. We are also very excited in having the Southern All Stars back here at the "Toccoa Speedway" to help us in doing this stated Race Director Brad York.

Driver's who are expected to be at the Toccoa Speedway running this (40 lap) $3,500 to win "James Garrison Memorial" are..... Randy Weaver / Mike Weeks / Shan Smith / Jeff Neubert / Casey Roberts / Ray Cook / Brent Dixon / Ethan Hunter / Jamie Oliver / David Payne / Shane Tankersley / Riley Hickman / Benji Cole / Tony Knowles and other regional stars from the south east.

Southern All Stars Super Late Models will run hot laps, then qualify and run last chance races to determine the line up for their Feature event. Any and all rules and info can be viewed on the series website. www.sasdirt.com/rules.html

The Schaeffers Oil Southeastern Late Model Sportsman Series will also see action in a (35 lap) $1,500 to win, ($100 to start) Feature event. Sportsman Cars will qualify to set the field for their feature event. Consi races will be ran if needed. There will be a ($60 entry fee) for this event. Any and all rules and info on the Southeastern Late Model Sportsman Series can be viewed at www.southeasternlatemodels.com

Fastrak Pro Late Models will compete in a $1,200 to win ($50 to start) feature event. Fastrak Pro Late Models will qualify to determine the line up for their feature event. There will be a ($50 entry fee) for this event. Any and all rules and info on the Fastrak Racing Series can be viewed on their website www.fastrakracing.com.

The Hobby division will compete in an $800 to win ($50 to start) feature event. Hobby cars will run heat races (depending on car count) to set the field for their feature event. There will be a ($40 entry fee) for this event.Toccoa Speedway rules will apply for this feature event.

Thanks to "Clifton Snow" who donated a cool $100, the Modified Street event will now pay $900 to win ($50 to start) feature event. Modified Streets will run heat races (depending on car count) to set the field for their feature event. There will be a ($40 entry fee) for this event. Toccoa Speedway rules will apply.

The Street Stock 4Cyl's will see action in an $800 to win ($50 to start) feature event. Stock 4Cyl's will run heat races (depending on car count) to determine their starting spots for their respective feature. There will be a ($40 entry fee) for this event. Toccoa Speedway rules will apply.

The Front Wheel Drive division will compete in a $400 to win, ($50 to start) feature event. Front Wheel Drives will run heat races depending on car count to determine the line up for their feature event. There will be a ($25 entry fee) for this event. Toccoa Speedway rules will apply.

"Friday October 26th the Speedway will host an open practice for all divisions from 5-9 pm with the cost of just $10 for Pits and Trackside."

Gates will open @ 1pm / Drivers Meeting @ 4pm / Hot Laps will follow:

Kids 7 to 12 yrs.................$5
Adults 13 & Up..................$20

Weather looking pretty good. Some good racing the past couple of weeks. I think they are going to plow the track this week so that should make for a good night of racing. Last chance to see some racing in this area until probably Mar. of next year so better be there Sat. Night.

I'm not saying he's coming , but don't count ray out , he has rooled into toccoa as a surprise more than once . He has a sas victory here by a suprise awesome 3 wide pass from 3rd . He was 2nd to casey at this years ultimate race.

Papermen bring your camera , ray pulled the car on an open trailer for ultimate race and i know you love them and pics of them.

Working till 6 , but just maybe i might can come late if not too tired.
