What should the torque arm be set at at ride height, flat or up or down in degrees.

The lift bar where the shock mounts to should be at the same angle as the top mount so when you slide your 5th shock and spring foward and backward you never change the pinion angle in the rear and makes adjustments easier. Now the rear needs some pinion angle of any where from 4 to 8 degrees down in the front if you have an older lift bar with out heims to adjust then you need to set rear at desired pinion angle and just work from there. When you set your decell spring or 6th spring that should hold your pinion angle in the rear for you.
