Car will and can be cert, I have no need to I bracket race local tracks, cant afford to run nhra events, so no for me to have car cert, I bought car from gibbs racing chassis car is legel, cost 130 bucks for car to have sticker put on at local chassis shop.....these cars rolling cost 11 to 13,000 rolling, selling for 9,000 or trade, im not looking for a gold mine just looking for something to start at in
