My motor sits higher in the car than most.. when I set my pinion angle to 7 degrees my rear end is tipped back a fair amount should I be concerned about this any insight on this would be appreciated....

you should be measuring it from the j-bar plate. 7 is ok but rear should not go up hill unless you are putting the dial indicator in the wrong place. if your engine is to high the thing to look for is drive shaft angel. need to jack left side up and make sure drive shaft does not bind.to much angel will take out joints.can always change mid plate and drop rear of engine 3/4 inch at mid plate will drop tail of trans about 3 inches. hope this helps

is it 7 degrees down on pinion,..or 7 degrees combined with pinion an shaft....heres best advice youll get on the subject of drive line angles...

6 to 7 is best

6 to 7 combined driveshaft and pinion? Or just pinion?
