you need one with more rebound to control the recoil of the spring if it is bouncing
Hey stock car driver...can you send me an email @ krooser52@hotmail.com? I have a few questions for you.... Thanks.

That's as stiff a shock as you can run. That should be enough for a real light spring to a medium spring. If you have a 1200-1400 spring and this shock in the RF, that will bounce like a 4x4 of wood.

Need to look at everything else in that corner. Spring rate, is the a arm bottoming out, is the tie rod hitting the frame, shock bottoming out, too short a spring binding, too long a spring cup on the jack bolt, tire hitting the frame when turned?

got a 1200 rf spring tie rod end isnt hitting think the spring is like 11 inches tire was hitting the frame had wrong offset wheel but im wonderin if it could be that i didnt have a beadlock on that corner & was runnin like 15-17 lbs of air in that side with low air everywhere else

Beadlock is to keep the tire on the rim; its still there so that's not a problem.
On the tire/ frame contact, you have to decide if the contact initiated the bounce.

I don't run that heavy a spring and this is one of the reasons. Rough tracks will bounce a heavy spring. Then you run a heavy shock to control it. A heavy +3500 car on a flat track, will balance out better, but not a 2950-3200.
