I'm wanting to get some opinions on a base line set up...I just bought a new car that sat in a chicken barn for five years so i took out the shocks and springs knowing that they won't be any good but we're going to get the springs tested anyways...but I want to know what would be a good base line set up for a metric on a small 1/4 mile that slicks off pretty good...like what rear percentage should i have what wheel weights should i have what springs and shocks should i run I was thinking about getting adjustable pro shocks from speedway would this be a good idea

Shocks would be the last thing to tinker with so baseline Bilstein or QA1.

Get your rear weight as high as you can as in 50%.

Start with cross weight of 51%

Left side 53ish.

Go from there, lots of things effect how it will corner and what not. It's kinda up to your driving style. But you gotta start somewhere, and this is where I would start.
