Is it posible to use an oil cooler made in the radiator ok to use with a dry sump system?

Yes but it doesn't work as efficiently as a seperate oil to air cooler. Also if you ever get a hole in the seperator plate you will get oil and water mixing.

So does a deck mount cooler do enough cooling? Will the radiator mounted cooler create to much back pressure?

850hp supers use a deck mounted cooler so yes they will work.Cooler inside radiator will not create back pressure, just doesn't cool as well. You have to keep in mind that 200-210* water will not cool as well as 70-80* air.

I've used both types of coolers, and my deck mounted air to oil cooler cools 5-10degrees better than my water to oil cooler built into the radiator did.

Also makes your radiators cheaper and easier to get.
