CARTERSVILLE, GA – The Top 10 drivers in the NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series will be honored at the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series Annual Awards Banquet on January 12, 2013 at the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame and Thunder Road Museum in Dawsonville, GA. The highlighted driver today is the 3rd-Place driver Ryan King of Seymour, TN.
King accumulated 793 points in 28 races with a Weekly Point Average of 49.50 out of a possible 50, and drove the #30 Brian King Roofing Stinger to seven wins. King posted six wins at 411 Motor Speedway in Seymour, TN and one win at Smokey Mountain Speedway in Maryville, TN. King also had 24 top five finishes and 25 top ten finishes.
On his way to the third spot in the 2012 NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series point standings, King captured the NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series Late Model championship at 411 Motor Speedway and Smoky Mountain Speedway which combined their points for the 2012 season.
