Being towed by the tow truck. Hence, "on the hook".

or hooked up to the tow truck. lol

Hahaha Good Monday Morning Humor....I think the tow truck setup isn't a very fast one......I wasn't sure if it meant RF pinned of what but its always a term used....Thanks guys....

"On the Hook" came around in about 1998 or so...LR shock and spring behind axle with nothing in front
