Left bottom bar birdcage index holes

My birdcages have 3 holes for the bottom left rear bar.. What does moving the bar away from axle centerline if I was to keep the same angle and move it down on frame?

changing the distance from the center line basiclly changes the reaction time( if the bar angles are kept the same) . also you have tobe careful under hike the bar can hit the birdcage and up set the chassis.you can get a pre bent lower bar to help with this kinda like a swingarm bar with out the shock mount.
