Left rear bottom bar birdcage indexing holes

I have 3 holes for the bottom left rear bar on my birdcage.. What does moving the bar away from axle centerline do if I were to move it down on frame too to keep same angle?

I have seen this on here before and very few answers to this type question. These are gettingvery common on the newer birdcages.

it does have a little effect on the car but not much,slows down indexing a little,used more for clearence issues more than anything,thats my opinion for what its worth,ive heard people say it adds more drive but its not noticable enough to me
