building a chevelle pure stock my last car weighed 3400 y everyone else weight about 3000
what spring size thinking 13in with adjusters and what rate and shocks
will be racing on a quarter mile dry slick

i have no experience with the 68-72 cars, I have a 73 that my dad was very sucessful in. can you shorten the wheelbase in it at all?

i can short to 108 to 106
just cant use weight jack but can run adjustable spacers

man i think a chevelle cut down to 108" would be just as fast as a metric. but i have no experience to back that up. gut it to the max and im sure the weight you want wont be a problem

Cant cut down to be legal in ump.If you plan on racing at ump track because if i got to pay 100 to race this year all cars better be built to rules

We built a 73-77 cut down to 108 and it was Better than a metric! Local track rules, it was legal until the next year! Lol
