Not sure about any of those drivers but the #99jr Frank Heckenast Jr. has the race on his website schedule

Clint Smith, Frank Heckencast, Jr. Ray Cook, Ronny Lee Hollingsworth, Jason Hiett, Brian Reese, Vic Hill, Randy Weaver, Tony Knowles, William Thomas, and Eric Cooley are all supposed to be there. I'm sure Shane Clanton and Mike Marlar will be there as well. Hoping T-Mac shows back up to defend his win. They asked after the race last year in victory lane if he would be back next year and he said yes so hopefully he'll show. Regardless I'm sure it'll be one hell of a show!
