pull bar on a 4 bar

what would a pull bar do on a 4 bar car that has a mount that is next to the drivers seat do ?
would it work in the slick?

our new chassis is built with a pull bar on 4 link. they put out more bite that a lift bar back in the day then promoters cared about there tracks it would to much on a late model on 4 link but with the price of fuel the track are only going to get slicker.so that is why we went to pull bar and you can always move it left to right to change bite.

is that with the front mount next to the drivers seat? or is that the one behind the seat?

it is 28inch long besides driver. don't like the one behind the seat don't think you can use the weight of the car like the longer one does.
