I have the adjustable lower mounts. Once I get my width correct How do I get the arch right. Do I just get the front of the housing plumb and then plumb the bracket? Or is there more to it?

there is a lot more to it then that. Anytime you move trailing arm mounts you are effecting pinion angle, arm angle and housing offset. Plus many times the mounts needs to be "fitted" to the housing to keep the wheelbase the same regaurdless of which hole the arm is in. This is not easy to do unless you have a jig built for doing this.

If you have no other option I would do one mount at a time with the housing in the car and everything set at ride height. remove one lower mount and keep the housing from moving. Then poisition the new mount on housing with arm in bottom hole, tack the mount on, then make sure you can freely move the arm to the top hole and the bolt slides right in. If all is good weld it on. repeat on other side. Eric
