what year frame do they fit? are spindles and rotors new? do you know what the uppers and lowers measure?

what year frame do they fit? are spindles and rotors new? do you know what the uppers and lowers measure?the lowers are stock nova, the uppers fit an 06 pierce right side..i believe 7 inch. the spindles & rotors are used in very good condition.
