any options for putting a screw in ball joint in a 2.00" lower hole ( that is press fit) , i see adapters to put small ones into bigger holes , but i dont have the tools to cut a concentric hole .

All you need is a drill press and a hole saw for the adapter that fits the larger screw in ball joint. Weld her in and you are done
