The second annual “Toccoa Tangle” is set for 7:00 pm on Saturday, April 13th at the historic Toccoa Speedway in Toccoa, Georgia. The huge racing event serves as the Season Opener for the unique 5/16 mile D-shaped northeast Georgia speedway. The “Toccoa Tangle” is co-headlined by two of the area’s most popular racing divisions, the 100+ mile per hour United Sprint Car Series Outlaw Thunder Tour winged sprint cars and the popular Southeastern Late Model Sportsman Series.

Drivers from at least six states are entered for the second annual spring event when Toccoa Speedway roars into action for the 2013 season. During the (USCS) last appearance, Record crowds saw Morgan Turpen out of Cordova, Tennessee capture her first USCS win of the young (2012) Season by starting on the pole and leading every lap to earn the right to sit in Victory lane. Fans are sure to get their money’s worth with a full night of non-stop action including a guarantee of plenty of thrills, chills and spills from the time the green flag flies for the USCS Outlaw sprint car dash until the checkered flag falls on the final main event of the evening.
