not a 4 cyl guy trying to help son and law.what are good caster and camber numbers how much stagger front and rear and how much bite in the rear. car is a pinto

it had negative front stagger and 60 lbs negative rear bite. they were cutting springs thinking that was going to soften them. changed springs and shackles.

now i have it strait up front and 3/4 stagger in rear and 125 lbs of bite in the rear with driver. but it is not my late model so don't know if it is close.

this is a stock DOT tire class. any info you got would sure help let me know if im close or not.

We have never ran a pinto but cutting springs off makes the stiffer not softer.

What kind of track? Just about to get mine dialed in, don't have golden numbers yet but I can help. We run a med/high banked 3/8 red clay.

My numbers might not work for your car or track, but when I setup my car it is;
600 lf 700 rf 175 lr 175 rr on springs, 53 left, as much rear as I can get for a mustang, 100 pounds bite. 1 1/2 rear stagger, even or 1 front stagger front. When I get to the track I always have to move stuff. Good luck.
