What's the pros and cons to leaning the left rear spring inboard on the top? Do you have to increase spring rate to compensate?

its just tilted in so that it never goes past 0 when the lr falls...i don't thk it makes much difference as far as spring rates...in most cases the rear end is running away from the spring anyways...i would tilt it in just enough so it never goes past straight up and Down

The more you tilit it the more rate you loose, not that it makes the spring any softer but as the mounts sweep thet do not move as far. If the spring was straight up 1 inch of travel would compress the spring 1 inch. If it was a 400 lb spring this would indicate 400lbs on the spring. If you have it angled then that one inch of suspension movement will equal less than one inch of compression as part of the motion is used up in a the sweep of the ends and you may end up with only .75 inch compression or about 300lbs for the same wheel travel. This helps the suspension catch the chassis coming off of the bars but it softens the impact on the tire patch when the car gets back to normal height and you can ride around during slow speeds on a softer feeling spring.

So is there any real advantage to moving it in? Will drive or side bite differ from one location to the next?

Not really, your chassis will just get stiffer, if you go to far and it over centers then it will get bad REALLY QUICKLY!
