Schaeffer Racing Oil Steps up Appalachian Mountain Speedweek Involvement…

The Appalachian Mountain Speedweek is pleased to announce that Alan Bradley and St. Louis, Missouri based Schaeffer’s Specialized Lubricants have expanded their involvement in the Harbaugh Amusement Machine sponsored Late Model Mini-Series.

After testing the waters in 2012 by giving away two cases of racing oil to each of the Appalachian Mountain Speedweek feature winners, Alan (Bradley) stated right away that he wanted to help out a little more the following year. This year, Schaeffer Oil is pleased to announce that in addition to the feature winners all receiving two cases of oil, the 2013 Series Champion will win the “Schaeffer Advantage” in 2014. What that entails is that the Point Champion of the six race series will not only receive $4,000 in cash from Harbaugh Amusement Machine but will also receive a complete lubricant sponsorship for 2014 from Schaeffer Oil valued at $2,000 worth of product.

“I can’t thank Alan & Schaeffer Oil enough for what they do for our series and this sport” said series co-founder Kurt Smith. “This series is all about giving back to the drivers and Alan Bradley is doing just that. Alan is not only a generous sponsor but a big race fan. You never know where he will end up on race weekends, but you can bet it will be a track somewhere.” stated Smith.

“Our series is only six races long and the champion will go home with over $6,000 in cash and Schaeffer Oil Sponsorship just from running six races” added Director of Competition, Jason Clapper. “We are very grateful for all of our sponsors for believing in and wanting to be a part of what we are doing. I know that some series and a lot of tracks do not offer that kind of incentive, even after chasing point all year let alone in just 6 days” Stated Clapper.
