Lake Cumberland Speedway Presents Full Racing Program on Saturday May 25
Burnside, KY-May 19, 2013- Lake Cumberland Speedway track promoter Brandon Hardgrove and staff will present a full racing program for all divisions at the 3/8 mile clay oval track known as “The House of Hardcore Mayhem” on Saturday evening May 25 after suffering their fourth weather-related cancellation of the season this past Saturday.
The Saturday May 25 racing program will feature Super Late Models in competition in a 25 lap feature event, that will pay $1,000 to the winner. All other divisions will also be in action on Saturday May 18 as Modifieds will race for $600 to win in a 20 lap feature, Super Dirt Stocks will race for $300 to win in a 15 lap feature, Road Hogs will race for $250 to win in a 15 lap feature, and Front Wheel Drives will race for $150 to win in a 10 lap feature. There will be an eight (8) car minimum in the Super Dirt Stock, Road Hog, and Front Wheel Drive divisions.
Activities for the Saturday May 25 event will see the pit area and general admission areas at 4:00 p.m. The drivers meeting will take place at 6:30 p.m., while practice laps will begin at 7:00 p.m. Time trials will take place beginning at 7:30 p.m., with racing taking the green flag at 8:00 p.m. All times are EDT. Ticket prices for the Saturday May 25 event in the general admission area will be $12 for adults, $5 for children ages 6 to 12, while children ages 5 and under are admitted free. A pit pass will be $30.
Lake Cumberland Speedway last raced on May 11 and feature event winners that evening included Skylar Marlar of Winfield, TN in Super Late Models, Jimmy Payne of Glasgow, KY in Modifieds, Tim McMullin of Bronston, KY in Super Dirt Stocks/Road Hogs, and Charles Burton of Somerset, KY in Front Wheel Drives and these four competitors are also the current track championship point leaders in their respective divisions heading into the May 25 racing program.

Brandon Hardgrove is the track promoter and presents dirt track racing entertainment on Saturday evenings.
