Black foam mats?

Notice in a lot of pictures guys are covering there tires up with what looks too be a large sheet of foam that looks too double up as a track mat. Got a slot cut in it that looks too be there for carrying. Anyone know who makes these? Thanks.

Champ Pans makes them, they are called Champ mats and you can get them from Jimmy Mars(mars racecars) or order them through Allstar. Just got a couple myself and they are handy.
