White, Gregory, and Patrick Check Into Victory Lane at Lake Cumberland Speedway
Burnside, KY- May 25, 2013- Lake Cumberland Speedway returned to action on Saturday evening and feature event winners include Dillan White of Lafayette, KY in Super Late Models, Tommy Gregory of Monticello, KY in Modifieds, and Sarah Patrick of Albany, KY in Super Dirt Stocks/Road Hogs.
Dillan White picked up the win in the 25 lap Super Late Model feature in his first visit of 2013 to Lake Cumberland Speedway aboard his Forrest White Masonry sponsored #54 MasterSbilt Race Car powered by a Jay (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)ens Race Engine. Defending track champion Johnny Wheeler would take runner-up honors, while Steve Elliott made his season debut with a third place effort. Rod Carter, Jr. also made his season debut with a fourth place run, while Ben Petrey would complete the top five.
Tommy Gregory would score the win in the Modified division 20 lap feature event aboard the Jerry and Tommy Gregory owned El Cazador Mexican Restaurant/The Undertaker sponsored #44 Lightning Chassis mount. Mike Petrey would roll home in the second position, while John Smith making his season debut with a third place effort. Carnes would finish in position number four, while Stacey Decker would complete the top five.
Second generation racer Sara Patrick would pick up her first career feature event win in stock cars when she scored the victory in the Super Dirt Stock/Road Hog feature event aboard her D&D Motors sponsored #13P Chevy Monte Carlo, outdistancing Lee Branscum for the victory.
