Here is an update for Saturday Nights' race in Sycamore: It is 12 o'clock on Saturday, and everything is still a go for tonight's races. the radar shows no rain; hope everyone tries to make it out to support this effort and event. Thank You, Tony Izzo The payoff is no longer being based off of 20 cars. We will be paying $2000 to win and $200 to start in Late Models and $1000 to win and $100 to start for Modifieds. The track is classified as half mile, it is not a true half mile, its not much bigger than Kankakee. The information I have received is anywhere from 610 to 620 gear. The Late Model Tire Rule is 20s or 40s. Some tires will be available at the track. Mods will have the same tire rules as at LaSalle; emod a,h,d. Late Models and Modifieds will be qualifying. UMP points will be awarded. You do not need to be a UMP member for this event. This event will be ran like we run every week at LaSalle.
