looking to run on a 3/10 mile track and need to know whats a good gear to run. I can run 225/60/14 (76") or 215/60/14 at (74") thanks for any help turning around 8000RPMs

i run on a 3/10 mile oval with 195/70.14 4 speed second gear,with 373 gears around 8000 rpm's
