Being right on each other’s cross hairs the entire race and in the process rallying to the front racing with Dennis “Rambo” Franklin and overall winner Brandon Umberger for the win. Trouble would change it all for David Smith on lap 37 when the drive-shaft broke on his TNT Race Cars chassis. It ended his night and gave the “Cup Trophy” to #8 “King-Bull” Ron Parker which also relinquished the points lead at the conclusion of the FASTRAK Triple Crown.
