just changed heads on 421 started engine and smoked like crazy but ran smooth,took off carb and intake is full of oil.Where could this be coming from?fyi brand new dart heads all new gaskets.

You had a gasket shift and now have a leak at the bottom of the intake runners. You need to remove the intake and reseal it

10-4 on the intake gasket

any good sealer to put on next gasket to insure seal

i guess from underneath the rotor..that might be the thing you are looking for..

Check the angles on the heads and intake. If either where angle milled, they may be off enough to ruin your seal on the intake. They need to be a matched set.

took all intake rockers off put a plate on top of intake and did a pressure test ,figured i would find intake leak,not the case,found the valve seals leaking by where they slide over the guide to meet the head,replaced seals with better ones now the intake holds pressure havent got finished yet but will keep you informed should stop smokin now.

fixed that mother---no more smoke or oil in intake
