Clary's Speedway announces the Monk Clary Memorial Race to be held Friday July 5, 2013. $5000 to win $400 to Start 60 lap for the Limited Late Models. $1000 to win $100 to start for the Open Wheel Modifieds. Other divisions running will be Super Street, Pure Stock V8, Super Stock 4, and Pure Stock 4. Gates will open at 5, Drivers meeting at 7:30 with hot laps to follow. Thanks to the Friends and Loyal Supporters of Clary's Speedway the Late Model Purse will now be as follows 1st $5000 2nd $2000 3rd $1500 4th $1000 5th $900 6th $800 7th $700 8th $650 9th $600 10th $550 11th $525 12th $500 13th through 20th $400 There have been some people asking to sponsor laps so lap sponsorship is available at $50 per lap along with a bonus of $450 if the pole sitter can win the race and another $450 bonus for the driver leading at the halfway point, making it a possible $8900 to win. Any steel block engine minimum weight 2350 lbs., if running aluminum heads then 50 lbs of the weight MUST be in front of the engine plate.
