QC repair and tube replacement

Got an a used Winters QC. Tryin to find someone to check it out for me and replace the tubes with steel ones.

Located in chicago area, would appreciate a suggestion of name of someone that does this kind of work.

Could ship unit if need be, but someone close by might be easier.
