FASTRAK City Chevrolet Southeast Tour Prepares for Toccoa Shriners Race at Toccoa, Georgia Speedway July 27th

(Carnesville, Georgia) – We’re full speed ahead as “The Decade of Speed Tour” continues through the summer months of 2013. Everyone is anxious however to see some racing as Mother Nature has caused weather related delays since June. The July 6th last FASTRAK Touring event was halted by rain and will now be made up on September 13th at Lavonia, Georgia. Now drivers, teams and fans of the “FASTRAK Universe” set their sights on the next event for the FASTRAK City Chevrolet Southeast Touring Division that will be held on Saturday July 27th.
Join the “Nations First & Premier Pro Late Model Series in the Country” – FASTRAK Racing Series as they embark Saturday July 27th on Toccoa Speedway in the dead of summer for the Toccoa Shriner’s 40 Benefit Race. The race will pay $2,000 to the winner at the 5/16th mile deemed the “Longest Running Dirt Track in the South” in the “Peach State” of Georgia. Track Promoter Andy Hyde and Track Manager Brad York are excited to have this race being a FASTRAK Touring event but also making it in conjunction with the Shriner’s of Toccoa. The FASTRAK Racing Series will visit the famed 5/16th mile for the first time in the 2013 racing season.
