The Prestige behind the FASTRAK Triple Crown as It Debut’s in the Northeast Next Weekend July 26th-28th

(Carnesville, Georgia) – History is set to be made for the FASTRAK Sweeney Cars Northeast Touring Division on July 26th at Raceway 7, July 27th at Marion Center Speedway and July 28th at Eriez Speedway. FASTRAK Northeast Drivers, Teams and Fans are hyped and waiting anxiously for the Inaugural FASTRAK “Summer Sizzler Triple Crown”. Teams are reminded that each of these events will be point races for the FASTRAK Sweeney Cars Northeast Touring Division. In addition, as customary by the series, a special award is being created for the driver with the highest point total over the course of these three race events. A championship presentation is scheduled for Eriez Speedway in Pennsylvania on the final night as we’ll crown the Inaugural
FASTRAK Northeast Triple Crown Champion. There will be a crown, scepter and cape presentation as well as being awarded the massive 60 pound Triple Crown Cup Trophy as being truly acknowledged as royalty to the FASTRAK family winning this prestigious event. On behalf of the series, the tracks, and the teams, we invite you to celebrate your July 26th-28th weekend with us for the 2013 FASTRAK Summer Sizzler Triple Crown in the Northeast.
For eight consecutive years the Memorial Day weekend for the FASTRAK Racing Series consists of a racing marathon entitled the Triple Crown for the Southeast region. Bellwood, North Carolina’s “King–Bull” Ron Parker in his #8 Rocket Chassis took the title for the first time earlier in May 2013. He stated after winning the title the following, “Winning the Triple Crown for FASTRAK is a tremendous achievement. It’s a pinnacle any crate racer wants to achieve. It’s like winning a championship and then it can propel you to even greater things in your career.”
It’s a fun and exciting 3 day weekend of some of the most intense racing action witnessed all season with the “best of the best” in dirt pro late models. The format is unique in itself as they are running in a mini-series point’s battle on 3 different configured in length dirt clay ovals. The driver that can take advantage of the weekend on Sunday evening is crowned the overall Triple Crown Champion. Now for the first time ever in the Northeast United States the drivers of the FASTRAK Sweeney Cars Northeast Touring Division will have their shot at it.
Historically, the annual FASTRAK Triple Crown has routinely seen an exceptional brand of close and intense racing in all 3 events whereby, race fans are the winners. FASTRAK Sweeney Cars Pro Late Model teams throughout the Northeast are preparing for this first ever weekend extravaganza. The Triple Crown is a staple on the FASTRAK Southeast Division schedule where numerous teams have competed in the annual Memorial Day Weekend event since its inception. We expect no less for this great event shaping up to take place for the best pro late model racers in the Northeast. The only question remaining is who will be the heir to the throne as FASTRAK Northeast’s first Triple Crown King??
